Great product!

This was a stupid impulse buy--I should have known better. I've had them for a few weeks now and I've found that regular rubber kitchen gloves work as well on, say, carpeted stairs, and if I wet my bare hand slightly, that works just as well on bed sheets (cats burrow under the covers, what can you do). I tried swipets on my black yoga pants but found the tape roller works far better. The gel-like rubber on the swipets gloves does seem unique, but it still faces several problems: 1) once they get dusty, they aren't effective 2) they get dusty fast (at least in my house) 3) you can wash the hair off, but since half the glove is cloth, it will be wet for a while (rubber gloves are easier), and 4) it's just as gross to pick the hair off the gloves, wet or dry, as it is to pick it off your bare hands, which again makes me appreciate the tape roller!One positive thing is that swipets fit my small hands really well. Rubber gloves, by comparison, feel clumsy and get in my way. I can see wanting to use swipets in a tight space (smooth material/fabric is best), such as a couch crevice or between car seats--especially if you can't get a vacuum in there. But overall, I don't think I'll be using swipets!

I was fairly disappointed. The product came on time,good service there, but the glove was small(I have fairly large hands, and there was only a right hand glove( I am left handed). I proceeded to wipe off some chair cushions that had cat hair on it, and although it did clean, the hair, tended to roll up and stayed on the cushion. it was easy to vacuum up though. I really don't think that it is better than a damp cloth that I have been using in the past.

This works so well that I may just have to get another cat........! It fits my average size hand without excess bulk and really does pick up cat hair and small lint pieces. Item was delivered on time and packaged so that getting to the mitt was not a problem at all. I would recommend this for anyone who can't seem to get out the door each day without cat hair covered clothing. I may get a second one to keep in my locker at the animal shelter where I volunteer.

This worked so much better than I expected. Following another reviewer‘s hint, I dampened the glove slightly, then petted/groomed my cats. WOW! This removed a lot of hair without a lot of fuss (after the one got over me having something strange on my hand). It was easy to get the hair off the glove itself with a swipe of an ungloved finger or paper towel. And I could easily clean up surfaces like the couch - the hair mainly gathered in clumps, but the glove still managed to gather it all. As someone else mentioned - these are 2 right-handed gloves. They won't hold up forever if your cat likes to claw/chew on them, so keep them stashed away - and they should probably be hand, not machine, washed.

These are great for getting cat hair out of the tufting on the back of a chair or around the edges of the sofa pillows, places where it is difficult to use the vacuum. Super easy to use and they clean up well. I have used and hand washed them about 10 times and they are still going strong. They won't replace a good vacuuming but are great for a quick swipe every couple of days across the back of the sofa where the cat sits.

I love this product...it really works for me and my kitties.I also use it to "defur" my kitties....get the gloves slightly damp and then groom your kiity...they love it and tons of loose hair comes off on the gloves. I also use it along the edges of the carpet, the cat trees...any thing with hard to reach spaces. They rinse off really well and hold quite a bit of hair.So glad I purchased them.

Really works!! I was skeptical at first but I used my points to buy this so I knew I wasn't losing any money. I opened it as soon as it arrives and I swiped my lamp shades... gross... Tons of cat hair!! Then I wiped down the cat towers and the furniture. I had half a Walmart bag full of pet hair!! Works great! Now part of my weekly cleaning routine!! Works better on fabric like items by collecting it in a ball. I've also used it on my glass TV stand but it really just wipes it onto the floor.
