This was okay, the spray area constantly leaked on it's own no matter how it was set down. Really weird and simply annoying. Have decided to go with a different brand.

I purchased this for a friend and he stated that he could tell the difference after using spray - I'll order some for myself when I finish my supply of sublingual B12 liquid, which isn't much/

As a vegan, I need B12. This stuff works fast and boosts energy in minutes. Love it! I recently had my bloodwork taken and my B12 was on the high end of normal --which is great for a vegan.

This spray is AMAZING. I love b-12! I mean, who doesn't?! Its the best and most healthy energy replacement you can find and you're body can never really get enough of it. But absorbing can be difficult sometimes no matter how much of it you take. Sublingually has always been best, but dissolvable tablets (Which always seem to SUCK at dissolving) can be such a pain and rough under the tongue. But this spray is the best! It taste great, just kinda fruity, and the sprayer doesn't just squirt it under your tongue - it actually sprays! Imagine that! :) I notice the energy boost when I do it twice a day, not so much if I just do 3 sprays once. It says hold it under your tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing, but I always try and do it as long as possible which ends up being a minute or two before my mouth starts really salivating. Its exceptional quality B12 and I now use it everyday. SO happy to have found such an easy alternative to dissolvable tabs that I can take on the go and use for that mid-day boost at work.
