Finally! Drinking Safe and Quality Utility!
Geeze, so many new and clever seeming ideas for hoses and all that I have tried have been utter failures! I am so happy to have this good quality hose that is safe to drink from. I have mixed feeling about this rave review because I want another one and am afraid they will be sold out or out of budget if people realize what a great hose this is, by the time I can buy another one. But after my several months search for the right hose, they really deserve this review.I am an avid gardener and raise ducks. These activities require lots of watering. I am also spoiled by quality hoses that I can leave at full pressure 24/7 with a shutoff valve just behind the spray nozzle. As you may imagine this is, in part probably why several hoses failed for my purposes. So far, about two weeks in, this green gem is the best hose I remember EVER using ( I am in my 50's). Some unexpected bonuses: resists kinks with the best of them, unique outer texture of the hose, Some may not appreciate this but it feels like holding a living snake, well without the movement- for those who never had that experience, it is a comfortable feeling, not too grippy but sort of a soft hug in my hand in an especially happy green color. Over the last several years I have acquired carpel tunnel syndrome. In spite of surgeries and ample recovery times, my hands just aren't as strong as before. I had thought that I would have preferred a wider hose, like I usually use, in order to get my chores done more quickly but took a chance on this one. I am glad I did, as the lighter weight of the narrower hose is much easier on my hands and the lack of tendency to kink is for sure much easier and less painful as I don't have to wrangle kinks out. And unlike the four other types of newfangled hoses I have tried that are also narrower than usual, this one seems to have a water flow noticeably faster, though it is not as fast as a 1". This hose has a nice substance to it-solid yet has more flexibility without kinking than my other high end no kink hoses. Planning to add another one to replace the perfectly good and working front yard hose as budget allows, for one because this hose is more pleasant to use, and because this hose is drinking water safe, which I feel better about pouring onto my home, even if no one but my plants and the earth under me is drinking the water coming through it.

this hose does regularly kink up
This hose has one attribute, you can drink from it...THATS IT! It is a heavy hose that kinks up all over the place. I bought mine in2019, as you can see it is already deteriorating. You can do much better. Save your money. This hose is going to the garbage as soon as I finish this review

Better than usual quality, still kinks in hot weather.
Pretty good product. Better than most available at box-stores in the price range. It is far lighter than a no-kink hose. Should last several years without issue.

Light, Flexible and comfortable
It’s only been a couple of days so I can’t say anything about durability but so far I love it!It takes some time and effort to get 100 foot of hosed straightened out and completely untwisted but once you do, it lays out flat and straight and ready to go to work. Don’t be intimidated. It will kink if you force it but It resists kinking better than any hose I’ve ever had. It’s light weight so it’s easy to reel out and in. It has a slightly smaller diameter than a traditional heavy duty hose so it takes up less room on the reel, an unexpected benefit, and it almost guides itself onto the reel. I love the way it snakes along in the grass, it seems to know where I want to go, that’s what flexible does for you. The fittings were a key feature for me, I didn’t want aluminum because it sometimes fuses with brass. I don’t know if they’re all nickel or nickel plated brass but either one is great. The wrench like grip on the female end is a wonderful feature that really helps in attaching the female end firmly to the spigot. It looks like replacing the fittings will be fairly simple if needed, I’ve done it dozens of times before and finely, I like the color, it looks like a garden hose (whatever that’s worth).I’m sure it will hold up and I will likely buy more as needed.

GARBAGE! (Zero stars.)
I have 4 water faucets around my house. I thought this would save me money. Hose kinks up. I wrap my hoses on a hose holder. If you turn on the water, the hose starts to twist up on the holder.IMHO, this is absolute garbage. Also, it is not recommended to drink from hoses due to most hoses exceeding the EPA threshold and OSHA PEL for heavy metals. I notice the pic of the kid drinking from the hose. How irresponsible of them to show that picture.

Pop Goes the Nozzle
To assure it will stay kink free, first time use water with it at full length. Makes future uses easy after its wound properly. It's light, strong and appreciated. Because I leave water spigot on always and use the spray nozzle for on, off, the hose coupling eventually flew off, taking the nozzle with it. Looks like that half was threaded with thin rubbery strips. Surely there must be a company who can handle the water pressure on a coupling and provide a secure fit to hose itself. Otherwise firefighters would have nozzles taking off into the blue.Drinking water safe, so I will reorder and turn water off at spigot. Way down the stairs, in the heat.

This hose doesn't kink!
This hose was exactly what I was looking for. It's 100' lightweight and sturdy. This hose when water is on will not kink. With the water off or on it coils easy without kinking. End guards keep hose straight and allows for easy tightening and removal. I know there are many negative reviews but I grew up on a farm and an active Gardner & Landscaper and have used watering hoses my entire life. You got my word this is a decent high quality hose worth more then you will pay.

Legacy Hose
Great colour, seems to be of superior quality and a great female end for connecting to the tap. Have only used once, still needs to unravel over time but so far I am pleased with my purchase.

Great garden hose
Very light weight, very easy to move around. I accidentally caught it with the weed whacker and luckily no damage to the hose. Probably the best garden hose I’ve ever owned.

Very light, and great water pressure .... maneuvers very, very well
Very light, and great water pressure .... maneuvers very, very well.I acquired this, since the ANDERSON 75 FT hoses were out of stock at my hardware store, the latter having brass ends, which this hose apparently also has, although seems clear color not yellow ? Perhaps it's an allow here, or covered brass only ?The hose says drinking water safe, meaning, safe for gardens and plants.I went for this one, being at a good price, and reviews seems fine.Elsewhere, there were dozens of models and manufacturers with products having issues, such as aluminumends ( can react with brass), or plastic coming off, or ends coming off, or leaks, or kinks making the hose burst ...This one seems NOT as solid as the Anderson, but was made from a good manufacturer.
