The hip brace does run small. Description said medium was 44" long but the one I got was 42" ( my hips are 41" ) . I can just barely connect both ends. Now will it stay intact since the grip area is small. Still, it is comfortable and lessens the pain which makes it easier to live with.

I used to relieve lumbo-sacral (L5-S1) pain and delay or prevent surgery.

Poor design, no enough support to my back.

It does really help with sustaining your si joint. Great quality and adjustability, thanks to the additional elastic side bands.

I liked the temperature options. The belt fit well. The pocket for the battery pack was really too small but workable. I bought multiple battery packs to ensure it lasted for the time I needed. My biggest disappointment is that it lasted less than a year.
