I was so excited to receive this as a Birthday gift from my husband. When we opened it to put it together it was missing the nut and washer, making it impossible to put together. I don’t want to return it for missing hardware and will buy the missing pieces from the hardware store.Very disappointed that this was missing pieces. I do like how it looks and will likely be happy with it after buying the pieces myself. Disappointed that the item did not come complete.

A few reviews said their package was missing a bolt and nut. Mine didn’t come with them either. Very disappointed that now I have to run to Home Depot to get supplies I already paid for. Home Depot doesn’t carry 7/16 the coarse thread nuts so hubby went to an auto parts store! It was $4.00 for the screw bold. We did have extra washers on hand.Initially the paint was very smelly.

I knew what I was getting design wise and I do love it for what I intended for it. However, I didn’t expect it to arrive with minor imperfections like a crack in the paint and a smudge of some sort. I assume this was painted with white chalk paint or something of the sort the way it looks and the way it arrived cracked like thatThese images are when I first got it and I’m still using as intended a few weeks later and the paint easily gets scuffed when things are placed on it. (Keys, sunglasses, etc) I am probably going to paint over it with a sealer which I should have done with to begin withUPDATE: cracking paint at top handle portion! Horrible paint job! Seller definitely needs to apply a coat of sealer, So disappointed!!!

Beautiful tiered tray! Very easy to assemble once I had all the parts needed! When I received my tray, I was missing the metal center pole as well as the nut and bolt needed to assemble it. The tray was wrapped in tissue paper inside anpther box of things I ordered which was probably why it was missing parts!I saw a bunch of reviews complaining about missing the nut and bolt but all they had to do was message the seller and let them know! I sent the seller a message and they shipped a replacement tray that same day. I received it the next day and had all pieces wrapped up securely in its own BOX like it should be! Great customer service! Maybe quality control should just watch these a little more closely since so many are received missing pieces.

I would purchase again. Only thing I wish it did was spin. I use if for my spices and it would be so much easier if it spun around. I knew it didn't when I purchased it but it fits my decor so I HAD to have it. Easy to put together, easy to clean, sturdy. Would buy again.

Theis 2 tiered serving tray is very versatile that it can be utilized for many different things, from serving finger foods or desserts to simply decorating it for holidays. It was very easy to assemble, balanced and sturdy. I gave it to my daughter and we had alot of fun decorating it for Halloween.
