Disappointed! Just another ice pack
THIS IS JUST AN ICE PACK! I thought it was more...example: had a numbing kind of gel in it u could freeze and then put on before a shot or injection but it isn't any different then holding a ice pack to ur skin!! Disappointed to say the least! Waste of money! Gave it two stars atleast cause it does work as an ice pack haha

The package was delivered in good time, in good condition
The package was delivered in good time, in good condition. We followed the instructions exactly, but it did not work! My young daughter is subjected to multiple injections every two weeks, and dreads them. The iceschot was recommended by her doctor, but did not help at all. She actually thought it made the residual pain worse. We tried it four times, then gave up.

Deserves NO stars, does nothing
This is a waste. Complete junk. Doesn't get cold or stay cold. Really doesn't do anything. Save your money and use an ice pack! Would not recommend for any reason.

Numbs skin
I keep in freezer. I use it to numb my fistula before dialysis. Works good to numb area. Makes it not hurt as bad. I would reorder.

It apparently didn't numb the area at all. It doesn't hold the cold temp for long.
