It's pretty flimsy and can be broken quite easily. Don't use on thick stuff.

First off, I'll start with the cleanliness of the product when opened. It look like it had already been used, dirt and some sort of sticky liquid was covering the blade inside the protective plastic that came on it. Grime covered the handle and the locking mechanism as well. (I cleaned it for the pictures because I didn't want to get my hands covered in the grime).Second is about quality. This "tool" is made of extremely cheap metal and arrived bent. (As seen in the product pictures), and the safety mechanism is really hard to push down to open/close the blade.Third is the packaging, I'd did not come in its own box or anything, just the protective plastic along the blade. No branding of any sort, anywhere on this product which leats me to believe this product is cheaply made and sold out to many third party companies to resell and jack the price up.For your own sake, don't waste your money on this. Get a good name brand that is reliable and clean.

Cheap piece of junk blade bends every time you use it

This was so cheap and unsafe. I would not use for any type of brush. The mechanism to extend the handle doesn't always hold. It is very small. I can not believe I only suffered one minor injury. May be able to use for a kitchen herb garden. Wanted to return but missed the window.

I returned it. I had to pay for a fee to return it. With one by third of the refund I bought a similar one. Watch out !
