Update, my feelings overall are the same. That being said, my doctor was able to see a significant change in my levels and that was the change we wanted. It took about 4-5 months for me to notice any real difference but overall it’s a better option personally, over the iron pills I had before. I have stopped taking them, but only because I never reordered them. Not a overnight fix but definitely worth trying if you’re looking at a new supplement.Eh well I mean I’ll update after another month, but I bought this due to a YouTube influencer who said she also had anemia and this did not cause discomfort or anything which I will agree with. Now to that I will say based on my experience with this over the last 2 months; my energy is still low some days and I still have dizzy spells here and there. I’ve had very low iron since I was a kid and I’m 27 so I’m well aware of how to manage my body and but I wanted to be a better example for my kids and take care of myself just not sure this is strong enough for me right now. Overall this is a good product for those who have their iron levels at a rate/ml that isn’t too low otherwise I think like myself it will take a while for you to feel the real effects of this. I work at a hospital and had my pharmacist friend go over the ingredients with my to just compare and honestly this is a solid product. I just again recommend making sure your iron levels including binding capacity, ferritin, b12, CBC....basically all the components that help in absorption of iron, are checked before hand to at least see where you’re at.

If your iron is low these will fix it within 1 month. No constipation or upset stomach.I battled low iron for several years, even with prescription iron tabs. Dr even said I “might have internal bleeding”.I took matters into my own hands, did some research and THESE WORK!Plus, you will feel more energized!!!It’s the way they’re made/processed. They absorb into your body! You won’t want to be without these (or this brand)!!

My last blood lab test revealed on Dec. 07, 2019 that I was STILL on the borderline of being "Iron Deficit Anemic." So I bought these "Blood Builders" vitamins on Amazon.com on Dec. 14, 2019. As of today, Dec. 24, 2019, I am NO LONGER borderline "Iron Deficit Anemic." Thank you, Amazon.com !!!! (I still take one of these "Blood Builder" tablets each morning to help maintain my correct "iron levels" in my blood). I had tried taking other "vitamins" since around 2012 to boost up my "blood iron deficiency" yet NOTHING had worked except for these "Blood Builders" vitamins sold by Amazon.com . I am 60 years old.

The media could not be loaded.  Delivery took about 23 days not sure why! But overall the tablets does exactly what they say , helped significantly with my iron. They don’t taste all that great and their kinda big. Overall it’s a great investment especially if you plan on having surgery!

I have been purchasing these for years. My Hemoglobin normalized after six months on these and my doctor said keep doing what you’re doing. They did not hurt my stomach like most iron pills can do. Love these.
