Very sharp!
This knife is so sharp! On the first use I easily cut a mango and at the same time almost completely cut off the tip of my pinky. This knife will cut anything, be it vegetables, cheese, meat or your own flesh!

Value for money
Best bread knife I have ever had. Great for all types of bread, soft and crusty. I bought this, then after I'd used it, I bought 4 more of the Sabatier knives in this range. They are all brilliant, very sharp and therefore easy to use. The white handles look great too.
