Nice pack of real beeswax. I make wooden chopping boards and create a cream to keep them in tip top condition. the conditioning cream is a mixture of food grade mineral oil and food grade beeswax. As you can imaging it is important to make sure that the boards are safe for chopping food on. I made a new batch over the weekend using this beeswax and it melted nicely and smelt exactly as I would expect it to smell and look. The cream is often used by friends of mine as a very pure lip balm as well as chopping board conditioning cream. I tested it on Sunday and it feels perfect. I am happy with this beeswax good product..

This MYOC Beeswax is ideal for what I want, which is to make a body lotion to keep psoriasis affected skin hydrated. I've created my own blend of oils which work really well on my skin, but as a liquid it doesn't tend to last too long so I needed a carrier so it can be applied for a longer period which this beeswax achieves easily.I've melted a combination of the beeswax and my oil mix over a candle and the 2 have blended beautifully in a few minutes. Result is a smooth balm which does exactly what I need.Can't fault the quality of the beeswax at all, and the fact it comes in perfect sized lumps for me to use is an added bonus.Happy to recommend.

I bought this wax to use as sort of lubricant for stiff drawers, but it was too tempting and it got made in to a candle instead. I put the wax in an old candle holder, microwaved it, added a wick then let it set. It doesn't smell like the raw wax you get from a beekeeper, which was a bit disappointing, but it does work.

Fresh smelling, lovely texture and it melts and blends easily with mineral oil. I'm happy to accept this is pure, and can't fault the quality.The wood polish I made from this applies smoothly and creates a wonderful sheen. It's also been suggested that the beeswax left over will form the basis of an effective lip balm, so I'll be trying that this coming winter.

This beeswax comes in a ziplocked bag so you can re-seal it if you don't use it all in one go.The beeswax inside looks like creamy white solid chunks that measure about 4cm x 2cm each. It kind of reminds me of white chocolate or solid cocoa butter.The bag says that this is cosmetic grade and "for industrial use only". And it says the product is made in India.I like that this is 100% beeswax, not mixed with anything. I like that it's all natural.I liked that the bag I received is nice and fresh, It has the packing date on it, which is just one month from the day I bought it - so it really is very fresh! The best before date is for 2 years from the time I received it.

I work with wood, mostly turned on a lath, and I often use a beeswax based finish. I normally blend this with other products to increase volume and ease application.This is a nice quality wax, and possesses all of the qualities you would expect from a natural product. It adds a lovely sheen to wood.
