I was using this tent for over five weeks whilst cycling through France and Holland. Unfortunately a pole broke whilst we we trying to erect the tent one day. No idea why it failed like this as I'd put the tent up successfully many times previously.After some back and forth with Sierra Designs Customer Service they said this:"I apologize for miscommunication but after reaching out to our repair team they unfortunately informed me that we are unable to send repairs anywhere outside of the US and I mistakenly did not notice that your address is in the UK. I am sorry for the inconvenience. "No alternative solution provided...So, I cannot recommend this product at all because it's obviously not durable and the customer service/after-care in non-existent.Very disappointing.
