What a great house ladder!
My wife Ioves this lightweight ladder , which she uses everywhere in the house. She feels much safer on this than a step ladder, and it is very light and maneuverable. Not for heavy persons though! I believe the weight capacity is only 225lbs - which is why the ladder is light. It’s sturdy though! Great all purpose ladder for folks under 225lbs!

Just what was expected, minus.
Product arrived in good condition at the address that was not my home address AS REQUESTED. The ladder is light and easy to move and is sturdy. It would be nice if had a platform near the top and across from the steps.
