I bought these knives a few months ago. I liked them for the most part. The blade was one continuous piece with the handle; however, one of the blades snapped in half so, I ordered a replacement. The replacement knives are of much poorer quality. The knives are no longer full tang but have been switched with a badly constructed composite handle knifes, which literally rattles right out of the pack. These should be consider as disposable knifes, akin to something you would find at the dollar store. I will be very surprised if they don't fall apart after about six months use.

I had to replace mu Chicago Cutlery knives that were gift. I could not find tge replacement for the CC gift so settled for Emeril brand. Knives are sharp but I would prefer a little heavier handle. Price was right.

These knives are the best and if you need excellent sharp kitchen knives to use preparing food in the kitchen these are the ones to have.

So easy to use because sharp and weight makes chopping or cutting easy. My hands are weak but the knives are so well balanced I can easily cut sweet potatoes or chop cabbage.
