I love this detergent. My clothes and very clean, soft and smell nice and fresh.

This laundry soap worked better than I was expecting. I usually use liquids and worry that powders won't dissolve. Not a problem with this, it dissolved instantly.The soap is very concentrated. I only needed to use about a tablespoon for my large size load. The clothes came out soft and clean. There is an earthy scent, but it doesn't linger on the laundry. It does stay in the air.

I get to review a LOT of detergents and I am rarely impressed, this one is crazy impressive. First of all it smells awesome, actually the super strong scent surprised me since it’s for folks with sensitivities to scents and additives but I personally have had no problems with it and I have a ton of allergies. You only need a teensy little bit of this detergent and I have to admit that using so little is super hard to get used to and I want to use more but have refrained so far, lol. There is a measuring cup inside but you have to search for it and you will be shocked at what 2 teaspoons looks like, I thought at first it was the full measuring cup but no, that’s 2 tablespoons, far more than what you need for a normal high efficiency load. I have found that my wash is getting clean at the magic 2 teaspoon mark which is hardly more than a quarter inch at the bottom of the measuring cup. I really tested it with my white denim living room chair slipcover that my dog, a leg lifter extraordinaire who manages to wiggle out of his diaper on occasion, stained with pee that I didn’t notice until the next day, this laundry powder took it right out, not a trace left behind which says a lot because I have often had to wash this kind of stain twice with Tide. I also am astounded that I don’t need any kind of softener with this detergent, I usually use Downy in the wash and still throw a dryer sheet in because we are so prone to static in our dry climate, since using this (and I have done about 8 loads with it so far) I have not used liquid nor dryer sheet softener and every load has come out incredibly soft, clean smelling and static free. I haven’t had a reason to use the stain bar yet nor have I used the shampoo bar but this laundry powder, wow, I am sold and will be ordering again.Update: I have used the stain bar about 6 or 7 times now and I’ve never seen anything like it, it works so well. You can literally be wearing the item of clothing, see a stain (I got make up foundation all over my sleeve, for instance) and I just grabbed a washcloth wet a tiny spot, rubbed it on the bar and was able to wipe the stain away, gone, no residue, no smearing, just gone. I have used this on a t shirt of my husbands that had dried blood on it from cutting some branches and I just dampened one end, rubbed it on the stain, gone even before I put it through the wash. It also worked on a lipstick stain after I tried on a white shirt, it’s so much better than any of my sprays and better for the environment. This stuff rocks.

I really like the idea of having concentrated washing soap that is lower waste. This company really thought this through. The soap comes double bagged in a cardboard box. It also includes a small measuring cup. Basically you can wash a whole load of clothes for just 1TBSP of soap!

This is my second purchase from this brand. I got a different scent first time. The detergent cleans just as well as Tide on both colors and whites. I love the natural ingredients and with my sensitive skin, i had no reactions. This particular scent is very strong out the box but is not strong after clothes are done washing. I recommend this brand of detergent but if you are sensitive to diff smells try their unscented version.

Choice Be Mine Natural Laundry Powder and Stain Bar Combo is a powerful detergent. It has a strong scent which I find very pleasant and it is a very strong detergent in the washing machine. I had to search for the measuring "cup", which is the same as the little medicine cups you get with so many liquid medicines. It was buried deep in the detergent and had they not said there was one there, I would never have found it!! But it was there!!I made the error of placing the detergent in the dispenser of my front load washer. It did not dissolve properly so I had to place some in the washer and wipe out the clump of detergent from the cup. The directions had said to place it there or in the tub. Trust me, place the detergent IN the tub so you won't waste your detergent as I did.My wash came out very clean and soft. They said not to use a fabric softener, but I hate static so I did throw in a dryer sheet with my wash when I dried it. The detergent comes in a plastic bag that isn't recloseable, so I used a twist tie to secure mine. I can still smell it in the laundry room, but that is a plus. I haven't used the stain bar as it was pretty complicated to use and I didn't have any bad stains to get rid of at the time. Although very expensive, it will come out cheaper as it will wash so many loads. Just remember to tell anyone in your household NOT to use the regular amount of detergent. They will waste it and will cause your washer to over-sud!!! I do recommend this detergent. It smells SOOO good!!

The Choice ‘Be Mine’ Natural Laundry Powder is lightly scented and leaves a mild welcoming scent on my clothes. I use it on everything from my pajamas to towels to workout clothing. I can hardly see any studs inside my top loading washer which is a bit concerning because I’m not sure if it’s really cleaning my clothes. I find myself using more powder than the chart because there are no studs. However, the clothes came out looking fine and smelling clean. I’ve tried the stain bar on dried up blood and it seems to be working well. The laundry powder came inside a bag with a small measuring cup which isn’t very convenient. I wish it came inside a container for easier access. I had to put mine inside a plastic container with a lid.
