it recommends that you get the larger size if you're in between two, don't :p or at least make sure to measure your waist in the morning. it's a little too long so it could be much tighter. </3 the quality is great nonetheless.

I love this waist trainer and it’s very good material. I use this with a hot gel on my stomach and the pair work perfectly together while I work out!

This trainer is very comfortable— it provides back support. Doesn’t really cause any sweat but that’s not an issue for me because it works the way I want it to. My only dislike is that it’s not full coverage. I’m usually a small and ordered a medium and it’s just perfect so I definitely recommend getting a size up. Any smaller would have gutted me. Haha.

Si se pide la talla adecuada la faja actúa de maravilla, la parte negra no estira, lo que hace compresión en sí, son las bandas de color y se siente muy bien, es cómoda y no marca la piel.
