Purchased the one liter, arrived on time. This was my first time buying Terra Creta. By evidence and reviews it seemms to be a high quality olive oil.. I purchased Shoreline before, my first Greek oil, originally from a Greek owned store in Pensacola, FL, and found later on Amazon; only to later not be stocked. TERRA Creta is a nice tasting oil with the peppery hit but is bitter. I just prefer no bitter taste. Have not cooked with this yet and will be using to lower cholesterol a few points.

This is a good oil. But just as the other reviews noted, they have to find a means of making it a resealable can.
