I bought this because my dog has a wound on the tip of his ear that won't heal, and we needed something to keep his ears from flapping. This works wonderful! It does slide down if he shakes his head, but stays well enough for when we're cuddling, and is more comfortable than his other ear wrap. It does also have a side effect of keeping him calm! I'm glad I bought it, and would definitely buy again.

I bought this to help my extremely anxious dog. Almost nothing has helped him cope or even be a tiny bit comfortable. This little “hat” as I call it immediately calmed him. I was shocked he didn’t thrash about and try get it off. Not once did he attempt. He let me put it on, took a treat and went to lay down. He’s seemed quite comfortable, and happy. We haven’t used it yet during a thunderstorm, but we most certainly will try it as soon as there is one.It’s a nice, soft, stretchy material; that isn’t too loose and isn’t too tight. The fabric feels soft, and durable this far. He’s had it on a few times now to get used to wearing it and he hasn’t shown me one indication that he doesn’t like it.

Bought for my red setter. helps keep her beautiful long ears out of the way while we brush her teeth, and trim her paws. tried on our little red and white setter too, it seems to have a deactivating effect on her she just freezes, which is handy as she is rather wiggly.
