Good enough
Probably took as much time as actually ironing it, but it was probably a little easier and less complicated. There was a good difference in wrinkles when i was done, but it actually got better when i whipped the shirt to smooth the minor wrinkles out. Its a simple process of just hanging your shirt, moving the device up and down the shirt in close proximity, and every now and then pulling the fabric down to encourage smoothness. I recommend this for people too lazy to learn the art of ironing, and for people that dont mind a shirt that isn't as "sharp" as one that is fully ironed. Only time i think this device saved is the set up time compared to ironing. All you gotta do is put water in it, plug it in and get your shirt(s) prepaired to be steamed on a hanger.

it worked beautifully. The second use (with tap)
I wanted small and portable and this is it. It works but since it's so small you MUST use DISTILLED water or it just spits water. The first use with tap water, it worked beautifully. The second use (with tap), it spit water all over. Because it's small and the heating element, which is domed shaped, gets really hot calcium deposits cause the water to violently rocket out of the steam vents. I cleaned off the calcium with vinegar and used distilled water to test my theory and it worked perfectly again. I knocked off a couple of stars, one for the domed shaped heating element that may heat the water fast but in a small reservoir serves only to make it easier for water to spit out the steam vents and one for defeating the purpose of traveling with if I have to use only distilled water. Who goes looking for distilled water when traveling? If this is for home use, then it's fine, especially for the price.

Good steamer
I recommend filling it even below the "maximum" line... water spills out and it burned my hand. Not always easy to close it, but great steamer otherwise. Works very well on getting out wrinkles. Would purchase again!

Garment Steamer
I have wanted to have a garment steamer for some time and saw this one and decided to give it a try. It will do the job but the water tank capacity is so small that it runs out of water within a few minutes. Then, you have to unplug it and let it sit while it completely cools off before adding water and continuing. For a badly wrinkled, light weight jacket, it took me having to fill the tank 5 times before the job was done. It does do a good job provided you are not in a hurry. My only complaint is that the water resvoir is way to small.

Pros & Cons!
It sort of worked. I may have had unreasonable expectations. Would probably be considered a great travel item for clothes that need a quick once over to manage the wrinkles sustained from being crammed into a suitcase. However, I was hoping that it would replace my need for ironing and it really didn't do that and, even if it could, it would've taken forever. Anyway, returned it easily and received a full refund so I'm certainly satisfied with the transaction.

Like this alot and even had to buy a 2nd one since my son took it to college with him. It heats up in one minute and does a great job. I gave it 4 stars because it takes a while to cool down and be safe to twist off the top, which is very tight.

I'm not a big fan of ironing, so I'm really enjoying this steamer! I wish they'd had these when I was a teenager, it's so much easier than ironing and works great. I was concerned that it would be battery powered and I was relieved to see that it had a plug. It is simple to fill with water and use and worked very well at getting all of the wrinkles out and was fast, too. I saw that they mention using it for travel, that sounds like a good idea and it's not very large, so it should fit easily into a suitcase. Great product!

No automatic shut off
I wish it had automatic shut off and a stronger flow. I was trying to steam light weight sheer curtains and it took way longer than expected.
