Ok, we got this for Christmas, so we haven't had it long. After about an hour of use, I noticed that it was starting to squeak when in motion. My daughter, an accoustical engineer, helped me isolate the sound to the wheels squeaking against the metal tracks when in motion. I first tried putting down a strip of duct tape on the tracks, but the squeak continued. I removed the tape, then I cut out strips of felt (black to match the metal) and secured them to the tracks with a little hot glue at the top and bottom of each strip. No more squeak. I will update this review later if it starts squeaking again or the felt wears out too quickly. It seems like some type of stick down permanent pad would work best, so maybe the company needs to add that to their design.

I got this for my mom (77) and Dad (76) to get a little exercise. They aren't real active. They both love it and I think Dad said he puts it on resistance 2. This was already assembled so we didn't have to bother with putting it together. It is a little heavy but has a handle on top and both are able to lift it although I wish my mom wouldn't. They use it a few times a day and mom says it's fun. It has a resistance knob that is easy to turn for when they want a little more resistance. Good buy.

This little machine is absolutely great for getting some calorie burn in while working at a desk. I use it daily in the office at work and it is whisper-quiet and does not bother any coworkers. You will likely need to get a non-slip mat of some kind for it to prevent it from sliding, as well as some way of immobilizing your office chair. I personally just replaced the wheels on my chair with casters that have brakes on them, but you can also get little rings that one wheel of an office chair can be set in to try to immobilize it.I chose this machine over the under-desk elliptical brand that costs twice the price, Cubii. I don't believe that you would get twice the value of one over the other, even with the bluetooth connectivity and app and everything. When it comes to exercise equipment, I've often found that simple and well-built trumps "smart" features every single time. Leave the smarts to a fitness tracker or smartwatch.

Well packaged. OMG did Sunny Health & Fitness go the extra mile! Those of you who want an instruction booklet, this baby comes with a 8 1/2by n11 in 4 languages. Handle for moving is strategically placed. Read were others said it moved around on them, I can't see how. Buy with utmost confidence.

ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! Well worth the money! Fits perfectly under a desk, very comfortable, came assembled, and is excellent quality! This keeps you moving, apple watch calculates the steps/motion, the tension controls are great for easy-moderate, or stronger tension! Fantastic purchase for those that have a desk/sit down job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My brother recently had a heart & kidney transplant, very thankful to the donor & family. He is doing well & getting physical therapy for his recovery. I purchased this for him as part of his PT, very easy for him to use, his therapist was very happy to see him using this frequently. He has increased the resistance, and doing very well. His legs are getting stronger every day. He & his wife are very happy with this elliptical.

I bought this to help my elder papa who is in his eighties. He needed to get his knees and legs active, and this was perfect. He is 6'3, about 200 pounds with 15inch shoe size and it is great for him. It is encouraged not to use this under the desk but in an open area sitting in a comfortable chair. The apparatus is a bit heavy (only thing I don't particularly like) however, it is not so heavy you can't carry it, and it prevents it from sliding. It was great this came already assembled. I wipe it down for him weekly and he uses it every day. This is a very well-crafted apparatus and incredibly effective if one is not walking or leaving out often.

My one semi-complaint is that it weighs around 25lbs, but that does help prevent it from moving out of place during exercise use.I can sit in my arm chair watching TV, reading a book, using my tablet of smartphone while using this elliptical and before I know it an hour has passed and I've burned around 320 calories.It is definitely low impact on knees, hips, and joints...and I highly recommend for people who need to be active indoors.

This machine works great. I bought it for my mother, she's 87 and loves it. It's simple to set the tension and all you have to do is just move your feet in a nice easy motion while you're on your computer or what ever you feel like doing. It's under the desk , what more do you need. If you have a need for this type of machine, you may as well buy this one as pay 3X's more for a name brand one in the TV commercials. This one works well, shows the same info as the more expensive brand and does the same job. I'm happy with my purchase, it came quickly and was very well packed. Note: It's heavyish, a little cumbersome to haul around so would be best if you could leave it in one spot but is manageable if you have to move it around.

Seriously dissatisfied with this. Maybe it's because I'm short, but I cannot get comfortable in a chair and use this. The range of motion is very small. I wish it were easier to move around as well. I am near 60 and thought this would help with keeping motion, but am very much disappointed and the effort has caused more pain than help.

You truly cannot use this standing up, even though the title says sitting or standing, and that is the reason why I bought this so it’s useless to me. So if you want to use this standing do not buy this
