This product is outstanding! I'm on my second bottle now! I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER than I did 6 months ago when I first began taking Living Defense. No side effects at all. I didn't take the recommended dosage from the beginning. I took 2 a day at first and now I take one a day just 5 days a week. I think it's good to start with a low dosage and determine how that works before taking the amount suggested at first.

Used as directed with no harsh side effects. There is really no way to know if I had harmful parasites, however I feel great. Currently using brain force and biome defense as well. Good products.

I am still undecided about this product!
