Simple and effective.
I’ve wanted one of these forever. Very useful, good value and easier than using the edge of a knife. The angles in the steel allow the blade to be placed flat on the chopping board and act as a stop to prevent the ingredients sliding up to the handle. Simple, effective and well thought out.The only thing I have done with mine is gently sharpened the front edge so there’s less of a step when sliding foods onto it.
