One thing I like about this Bluetooth adapter is that it's so tiny. I've had some portable drives and other USB devices where the USB was always jutting out. Our desktop computer's CPU box rests on the floor, and there's not too much room down there, so I've bumped the USBs so much that I'm surprised none of them have broken.The adapter comes with a disk, which you may need in order to finish installing the necessary drivers. Once you insert the disk into your computer, the software installation process should start shortly. After the process is complete, you computer will then finish installing the drivers and you should be able to pair and connect your Bluetooth devices.Some computers might already have the drivers installed. My older desktop computer was stuck loading the drivers until I popped the disk in. My desktop uses Windows XP, by the way. After that, everything was so easy. So for people that said the adapter would not work with their computer, you probably need to install the software on the disk. Either that, or it might not be compatible with your operating system.

I bought this USB Bluetooth for my PC-Windows 10 to connect the wireless headphones for listening music. Sometimes, headphones connected PC, sometimes not. Sometimes it took time to connect the headphones through this Bluetooth. I installed/uninstalled several times the software but it did not work well. At the end, I quit. It seems that this USB is not reliable and has so many issues dealing with PC-Windows 10, perhaps!

2 for roughly $6 shipped. Just worked. Got a set of bluetooh headphones which work great with my phone and laptop on the go. They are actually really comfortable so I wanted to use them at my desk too. I've got an older mobo that doesn't have native bluetooth and this let me have my way for cheap. Haven't tried pairing with anything besides headphones -- but it recognized it immediately with windows 10 -- no software install, notta.

I tried it on an HP desktop with Win10 64 bit, an Asus all-in-one with Win10 64bit, a home-rig with MSI motherboard and Vista 32bit, an old home-rig with WinXP-32bit. In all four cases, there was no need to use the included driver CD. Windows set up the drivers automatically, and it worked, unlike my BT dongle from Insignia which required software downloads and still would not work on some of my computers.

This worked fine for a while, but soon it began to lose all range for some reason. Now I cannot use it even within two feet-- I literally have to lean my head toward my keyboard to get it connect without constant static. I should have known better than to order something so cheap-- don't make my mistake.

I eventually got it to pair with my headset but had much difficulties pairing more than one so I can swap when one pair goes dead midgame all in all it's what you would expect for the price. 5 stars

Still wondering why I have to plug in my 2 bluetooth devices (headphones and speaker). Can't say whether it is the device or this adapter to blame. Wake me up when bluetooth actually WORKS.

Honestly, nothing special. It gets the job done. It adds Bluetooth to older computers that don't have it, and has a normal range. What makes it 5 stars is the price. How does this thing cost only $2? Recommendation, though. If you have windows 10, use the windows Bluetooth driver, not the one they send you. The one they send you is a bit outdated and gimmicky, and the Windows one does all the same things, but is built directly into the OS and works smoothly.
