Very nice product very expensive too, and also came with out a stair to get inside.

We've had the trampoline for a month a LOVE it! We can jump with two adults and four elementary age kids and get really good bounce. It's a strong mat/springs. Very easy to set up with the spring tool that's included (you don't need to buy one separately). I set it up with my 11 year-old son, and an assembly line of "spring hangers" in an hour or so. We got the 15 foot with the enclosure that goes around the outer edge - the kids like being able to sit on the mat on the edge to take a break. It also gives the feeling of more "space" compared to the enclosure that is inside the mat. We live in the Pacific NW and we'll see how the trampoline holds up through the months of rain. So far, a really high quality trampoline -- worth the higher cost. And my kids are outside jumping ... all ... the .... time.Another reason for five stars is the excellent customer service. I can't say enough good about how responsive and professional they were. We originally received the wrong enclosure. When I contacted them via email through Amazon, they quickly resolved the problem. A new net was sent out within days. Zero hassle. Thanks, Acon, for a great product and a customer-friendly team.

As others have stated, I was initially drawn to this unit for ist 800lb rating and supposed toughness. First the encloser broke, which was replaced under warranty, then several spring webbings came off, replaced under warranty... Then it just went to garbage. Nothing...matt, enclosure or safety pad lasted near as along as the initial.. and after warranty... Forget it, they will just say sorry its outside of warranty... My second matt didn't even last 2 years and the 5yr warranty was only from original purchase. I'm currently browsing amazon for a cheaper Matt because as others have stated... The quality is no better. I will say the frame has had zero issues.. But everything else.. 1 year use with 3 kids... Pretty sad for the price you pay for an ACON trampoline.

2nd update: The second mat lasted 22 months. The springs are coming unattached from the stitching at the mat. We reached out to Acon again and they were quick to respond and request pictures. They haven't responded back since we sent the pictures. So I am left with the idea that this is not a product worthy of the price. This trampoline gets daily use by an 85 lb child that only bounces around lightly around the circle for several hours. Living in Tucson it does get sun and heat but no extreme cold. Also, the net enclosure and pad failed around 2 years. Please avoid this product! Systems for $350 lasted us 3-4 years. Wish we could have had resolution as it was a good bounce surface. The other problem is that with their awesome design of the frame it has more springs that are longer than standard. You can only buy an Acon replacement mat for $129 plus $17 in shipping for that frame. Again, buy something else!UPDATE: We reached out to ACON USA through amazon and they sent us a new matt which arrived in 4 days. I'm still disappointed with the short life of the matt, but I am very impressed with ACON USA's warranty and service.We have had this trampoline for 10 months. Today, one of the loops that the springs attach to on the matt popped off (came unsewed).We previously had a cheap 15' trampoline we purchased at Sam's club. We paid around $400. After 3 years the loops that the springs attached to on the matt started falling off and we replaced the matt. We then moved and left our trampoline at the old home and bought this ACON trampoline here on Amazon. Although the price was high, all of the reviews were so positive that it appeared that it would be worth it. That was wrong.Save the money and buy a cheap trampoline. The quality of this trampoline is no better.

The trampoline itself is really nice, well made, and easy to put together. The safety cage is just so-so. It's not difficult to put together, but the poles and netting seem like they could be a little better made. If I had it to do over again, I would have went for the higher quality net.

The surround is a pain and I've had trampolines with a much better surround system. The net attaches with Velcro that constanstly needs pulled back up and the bar clips always need tightened and adjusted. The trampoline itself is very high quality, especially the spring cover.

I purchased this trampoline for my 11 & 13 year-old daughters. I assembled it about 6 weeks ago with my 11-year-old and it went together flawlessly. The instructions were easy to follow and there were no mysterious parts.It has become the focal point for my daughters and their friends and has hardly been left unused for a minute.The quality is amazing and the bounce is better than those of their friends’ who have a trampoline.This is the first review I have EVER written but I felt compelled to write something about a product that we are so pleased with. It cost a little more than the competition’s trampolines but you always get what you pay for and with this trampoline you get as close to perfect as you can get.

WOW! What an amazing purchase, so easy to assemble and the trampoline in itself is quality made and big enough for our whole family to fit in and jump. We have nonstop used it since we unboxed!
