Broke on first wearing

I was a little bummed out with this smart watch. My seven year old daughter wanted a smart watch and i told her we werent going to buy it for her so she went to the restaurant by our house and got her own little job to earn money for her watch. They let her work there folding silverware into napkins and things like that and would pay her a couple bucks a day. She saved it all up til she got the 30 for this watch and got it. When it arrived I charged it all day so it would be ready when she got home from school. But it would not turn on or indicate that it was charging at all. So finally we took back off and the part where the battery connects to circuit board in back of watch is broken. There are three metal connectors on battery that are supposed 2 touch the identical three metal pieces on the circuit board except one of them is missing so I'm assuming that's why the watch will not charge. Yes it is only a $30 one but that was a lot of money for a 7 year old to save up a dollar at a time.

This watch is not good at all I return it

While this watch looks nice it simply is not user friendly. The instructions were horrible (or should I say non-existent other than telling you how to sync the device). Even after figuring out how to charge it, and how to get it started, there was no way (I could find) to get it to actually tell you steps taken, which was the whole point of getting this in the first place.After playing with it for a day and trying to figure out how to make it work, I decided to email the company at the email supplied in the instructions. (it actually says "we know these instructions are brief if you have questions email ...). I did get a reply, which basically said, "That is a good question, we'll contact the company and get back to you". At that point I decided that maybe it was best to return it and start over with something that actually works.

Sucks. Requires too much effort to work with phone.

This watch is the biggest waste of time and money! I've spent over 2 hours trying to set it up and have only managed to set the time. I've downloaded both the apps suggested to sync all of my info but neither of the apps can find the watch and vice versa! This purchase was extremely disappointing and I hope to get my money back so that I can buy a watch that does more than just tell time!
