Not an awful read but I found the story jumped around a lot with a lot of big events in the book happening off page and only alluded to despite them being big parts of the ongoing story.I also found Trixie to be rather abrasive for a lot of the story, not tough but loveable, just tough with a hard shell.

Brought this book as next in series, the story in the copy downloaded was Ravens story. Although a decent story was disappointing that the links were broken from the previous book.

Awesome awesome job writing this story about Micheal & Trixie ! She had been alone for yrs struggling to have food & shelter ! Then in Calif after seeing Michea after over 2yrs she was still insecure. She was kidnapped & raped by a team of druggies & held . It took a long time in ICU to even wake up & see Micheal . She left the hospital and went with him.You did a great job revealing how tormented her mind was . Looking in mirror was hard. So glad they now have their forever. Ready for book 5. Thanks for good work !

Great strong characters plus an intriguing storyline make this a very entertaining romantic adventure. A Seal on a training mission meets a young girl who tends bar close to base. There is a spark of attraction but her needs to leave within a few days. Two years they are both shocked to see each other again. She happens to be extremely focused with her plans for her future. They begin a slow courtship. While he is on a mission, tragedy strikes and her life explodes. A very emotional and psychological read.

This is a powerful love story of overcoming trials and tribulations as they journey towards healing as well as unconditional love.
