It looks like they took a bracelet and necklace to make a necklace. At about 20" there's a broken link and a missing link in the rope to add a smaller piece to make the 28" chain. Kinks in that spot. The shorter link isnt even diamond cut, the longer piece is. Returned within minutes of opening.
