This is an excellent pouch for portable hard drives... so long as they are the type that are manufactured inside a case as standard. If you have taken a bare drive and put it into an external drive enclosure so you can plug it into your computer's USB port, you may have more trouble. I sadly found that the enclosure my SSD was in, was just slightly too long to fit in the pouch.Other than that, the item itself is of very good quality, with a hard, water-resistant shell to dampen motion and shock. Perfect for storage and travel.

I was a bit dubious about buying a case that didn't seem to have any padding as such, but I needn't have worried. This case has a 'substantial' feel to it, and I feel totally confident carrying the Buffalo HDD round in it. This case is a perfect fit for the Buffalo Ministation 1TB. In one side there's an elastic strap to hold the HDD securely in place, and on the other side a half size net pocket which is perfect for keeping the HDD's USB cable in.Perfect fit, nice and secure, and room for storage at a perfect price! What more could you ask for?!

I bought this case to enclose my Buffalo Juststore 500GB USB 2.0 Slimline Portable External Hard Drive - Black as I often want to take the drive places with me. Wanting something I could rely one to protect the drive if dropped was paramount and this looks like it would do that job perfectly. The case itself is made from a hard black neoprene style material containing two compartments inside. One side has an elasticated band to secure the drive in place and the other has a mesh pocket to hold the USB cable. As stated in a previous review it does add a little bulk to a slim drive, however it's purpose is to protect your drive from knocks and scrapes so a little extra bulk shouldn't be an issue when it comes to protecting your investment. It's that good I've bought two.

Very happy with the case overall. Well made and keeps the Buffalo 500GB Ministation and short 350mm long USB lead safe from knocks and the hard drive fits comfortably behind the elasticated strap. If I had bought a longer USB lead [1.8m] there is a good amount of space to store this on the other side of the case behind the netting and everything would fit perfectly. Because I chose not to buy a longer lead I am left thinking that overall that I could have bought a slimmer case.

I bought this case to house a Buffalo Ministation 500GB USB 2.0 Slimline Portable External Hard Drive for which it is a perfect fit and after a few accidental drops onto a tiled floor I can say it protects the hard drive well.The case unzips to reveal an elasticated band on one side to secure the drive in place and on the other side is a mesh pocket to hold the USB cable and a few other thin items such as a flashdrive or SD or Compact Flash memory card.Good value purchase.

I bought this because the one I have for my other external drives is no longer available. It's ok, but very small, I had to stretch the case a lot to get my seagate free agent drive in. As the case is some kind of stiffened neoprene I guess it will eventually stretch a bit. It has a silly loose handle made of thin webbing like material for which I can see no use at all. It will keep the dust off, but I wouldn;t trust it to protect the drive it I dropped it..

le misure non sono quelle indicate. Tanto che il mio HD che è persino più piccolo delle dimensioni interne segnalate non ci entra di un bel pò... Sulla custodia inoltre è stampato a caratteri cubitali in bianco psichedelico la scritta "LUPO". Una cosa orribile e inguardabile e che non è indicata da nessuna parte, ne tanto meno si vede dalle foto pubblicate. Ho effettuato subito il reso. Ottimo il servizio di Amazon per la gestione resi/rimborsi.

Die Tasche ist sehr gut verarbeitet, Reißverschluss funktioniert fließend, keine Fäden o.ä., da fühlt sich die externe Festplatte sicher wohl.
