Wasted many quarts of tomatoes, pizza sauce and salsa

This is a hesitant review as there is potential to waste a lot of hard work and precious vegetables. So far the seals have worked and none have reversed direction. I use the stove top method with boiling water.If I get through a full year with no bad results I will try to remember to update this rating. One star is reserved for time.So a hesitant recommend.

Great price, and so many! There was a canning supply shortage in our area last summer so I wanted to make sure I stocked up this year. These are perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. The only negative, which isn't even a big deal is that they arrived in a busted up box so they were everywhere inside the Amazon box. No biggie though. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love these lids. Although "Ball" is the main brand of canning lids, the label on the lids leaves little space for writing. I always place the name of the ingredients plus the canning date. My adult son was helping me and he just wrote the date. I told him to label what it is as later on, it is often difficult to distinguish between spaghetti sauce and soup or tomatoes. I know as it has happened to me when I was much younger!These BuQiuRen 100 Pcs Regular Mouth Canning Lids seal perfectly. They work just as well as any others I have used and they are much lower-priced than the ones I have been using. I recently received my electric pressure canner from Amazon, and have been working slowly through my store of frozen broth, getting it canned. I saw these lids at a fabulous price, and knew I had to have them. I have encountered absolutely no problems to date. Everything has sealed well, and looks great on my pantry shelf, with the contents and date marked on the top. I am delighted with them. If you are canning, and have had difficulty finding lids, or found them, at a prohibitive price, give these a try. They work as well as any I have used. They will not disappoint. And the price--Wonderful!
