Awesome OEM part - perfect fit and quality!!!! GREAT price

Poor construction, poor performance, just poor.
This product is very poorly constructed. The bearings are very weak and over the course of about five months they got so loose that the wiper blade no longer makes proper contact to the windshield in the center. Basically, it is a good decoration and looks better than not having no wiper arm there at all, but in terms of functionality it absolutely does not work. Do yourself a favor and spring the extra $50 and get the OEM.

Good quality
5 stars because the quality is really good and for the price you can’t beat it but I got the driver side instead of the passenger and had to return it. Ended up getting it from a yunkyard.

Lasted for 2 and a half years before failing.
I purchased this in November of 2017 to replace the OEM arm that broke at the 10 year mark. This replacement lasted to the middle of April 2019 when it broke in the same spot. I suspect this is due to just poor design shape on the part of Audi, causing stress fractures at the weak points. however the OEM part is made out of a stronger metal casting than the Chinezieum die-cast that this one is. This part will hold long enough if you are looking for a quick and cheap fix, but I would go for the OEM if it is a vehicle you plan to keep and own, otherwise expect it to only last for a couple years before it also fails.

This is the first bad review I have written but this was not a good product when we received it from the beginning. When I installed the wiper on my Audi Q7 it was raised on the bottom for some reason and not making full contact as it extended. This was an oem wiper arm but I believe it was defective or remanufactured. I bought an oem wiper arm from Audi themselves and it looks different from the other and worked the first time I installed it. Buyers beware!
