I have been dieting for almost 5 months now. When I started these pills 3 weeks ago, I had lost 42 pounds: 16 pounds the first month, 13 the second month, 9 pounds the third month, and only 4 pound the fourth month :-( Only one pound a week was very disheartening, but I tried to convince myself that at least I was still losing, that because it was a slow weight loss it would stay off longer, blah, blah blah. But the truth was I was scared I was only going to lose even less the 5 month. Maybe I would be longing for the 1 pound weight loss. I was still working as hard as I had been when I started my diet, but my weight loss just pretty much stopped. I was worried I would be so disheartened that I would just start eating like I used to. I thought I would try these supplements because I had read some good reviews about them. I am so happy that I did because I started losing again! I lost 3.5 pounds the first week, 3 the second week, and 2.5 pounds the third week. I don't know if the weight loss will continue, but it really helped me right now. I think that I will keep taking these even if they stop helping with the weight loss because I do feel a little healthier when taking them.

I got this product to help with weight loss. I've never heard of it and thought I would try it. I've been taking it for about a week or so now. I really can't tell much difference right now. It seems I may have lost a little but not noticeable at this point. I will continue to use it just to see how it really does work.
