I have used several combs of different styles to groom my beard, this comb by far is the best one I have used. I personally like to try a product for a bit before I write a review, but in this case I'm writing my review because I like the product so much. Here are my reasons:1. When I first received my comb I tried it on my beard without doing my daily prep, (washing, oiling, then comb grooming), I wanted to try the comb on a dry beard. The comb didn't scratch my face or pull hairs like a plastic comb. The rounded teeth of the comb glided easily through my beard not pulling at any tangles.2. When I did my daily prep and then used the comb it felt like a massage on my face instead of the normal scratching that a plastic comb does. And I am quite sure that my fellow beard guys know what I am talking about. A smooth glide through your beard is far more comforting than a scratchy raking feeling on your face. In addition, when the wood becomes slightly moist, it gives off a very soft fragrance that...well I liked it! lol3. The comb is not over sized and fits perfectly in any pocket. Preferably in a shirt or jacket pocket, you don't want to sit on a comb this nice, so take care of it and it will definitely take care of your beard. But by being the size it is, the comb is a easy grooming tool that can travel with you anywhere you go giving you a grooming tool at your disposal when and where you want it instead of leaving it on your bathroom sink like most of us do.In closing, for me this is a great product that I personally needed, so thanks Majestic Samson for making a really good comb!

This beard comb is great but please don't buy it. And if I hear one person talk about loving their Majestic Samson as much as I do, i'm gonna throw mine away because I live in Hipsterville. This thing sits in my cup holder, the perfect place within reach for the awful reminder from the rear view that your beanie is getting old and your face needs fixing. Without it, I look like someone who just stole this truck but three strokes later i've got my backseat filled with hunnies and my Thor Hammer magically appearing on the passenger seat next to me. I couldn't live my life without this thing

I purchased this as a gift for my fiancé. I also purchased beard oil for him to try. He's almost always worn a beard, but not tried beard oil or a beard comb before so I wanted to give it a shot. I chose this particular comb out of amusement for the name since he'd recently cut his hair short after keeping it long for a few years. He was skeptical of the wooden comb at first since it wasn't as flexible as his cheap mini plastic combs. There is definitely a difference in using a wooden comb and he has discovered he likes it. He refuses to put it in his pocket in case he breaks it so I can't speak much to the durability, but it seemed pretty sturdy to me. It's not flexible and the case is handy for keeping the teeth from getting caught on anything when you're not using it. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase.

I love the majestic Samson beard comb (for 1 I'm very big on lion imagery) and even though my current beard is only about 4 months old I really enjoy grooming it with this comb and I have no doubt I will continue to enjoy doing so as I let this beard grow out. A lot of combs claim to be good at dispersion of oils or balms throughout the beard and don't really deliver on that; however, I believe the Samson does that quite well, and I'm also very pleased that it comes with it's own little sheath which I feel makes it much easier and much classier bringing your beard comb on the go with you.Highly recommend this comb for beardsmen, and hoping to see more products from this company soon.

This is a really terrific comb, it is very comfortable to hold it and comb the hair around the whole head, you do not abandon a single space, because of the size of this comb. Its finish is simply perfect, it has no defects or sharp edges that hurt you. It is also very easy to clean after using gel or some balm. It has a case in which you can carry it in a small pocket of your clothes, where you need it and it stays very clean and well protected. I am very happy with this wonderful comb.

Honestly it appears as if there's a dozen companies out there embossing or etching their logo on the same exact brush. You can get it cheaper elsewhere, but it is marketed well here with its carrying case and brush bearing a handsome company logo. Just pulled it out again after a few weeks and the sandalwood scent seems to have matured and improved since it arrived a few months ago. Offers a smooth, snag-free pull through mustache and beard. Satisfied customer.

I'm used to using cheap pocket combs for my beard. But as it started to get longer, pocket combs became insufficient. I had a hair pick, but honestly that was never fine enough to comb my beard to it fullest. This new comb, with the nice leather pouch that keeps the teeth from getting tangled with anything in my pockets, is amazing. The weight, the intuitiveness, the feel that is exactly what I needed it to be: the smooth comb through I get with a pick, but with finer teeth to give my beard a fuller look (however not so fine that it tangles in my beard). Truly, this thing is amazing and worth every penny.
