I think all the ingredients are great for your body I had read reviews prior to buying this product and I can't really say it's a bad product it depends on your expectations but if the you know a little something about being kind to your body this could work for you I would agree with the reviews about it being messy the adhesive and the herbs mix together over night while you are sleeping and it gets sticky and messy so i did buy some socks from the dollar store to wear over my feet while I wore the pads I wasn't sure about washing with my clothes so that's why I got cheap socks and just threw them out and you also have to wash your feet in the morning cause it's really sticky that was the only down fall I had to give myself more time before heading to work other than that I like the product of course we all want life to be simpler and it would be awesome to to have the the perfect foot pads with perfect ingredients in a perfect world

It says 20 pads but there are only 18 !!!! And some of the adhesives were peeled off .... seemed like they were really old .... I used it twice and each time they got really hard in the morning.... I am not sure it supposed to be like that or not! !!! Please help!

Runs small to size

I have only used the Asako foot pads a few times. The first two times everything went well. Later when I used the pads again I experienced a burning sensation which I bad enough I had to remove pad. Will try again.

I love these detox foot pads. I sleep really well when I use them. They have a pleasant smell, not over powering, but calming. I highly recommend you try them for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Works brilliantly! I recommend wearing socks though - the adhesive part should be stronger - but otherwise, I love these pads!

I gave this product 1 star only because of the email follow ups from the company rep which is very important to ensure customers satisfaction. Even though I have read good reviews about the product I have to say that after 8 nights of using this product I haven't felt any change and I really don't think this product helps to detox. I watched a few YouTube videos from people who have tried the product and some claim it is a scam. Doctors explaining that the detox process can't physically happen through our feet... But with that said I am glad I at least gave it a try. I have 2 more nights left and I intended to still use the product....I won't agrue the price because normally these products are expensive. It is either we risk it or not try. Up to the consumer.
