For the price, these are actually pretty good. The mounting hardware is where the issues are. These tend to move during tip overs and I think the culprit is the plastic liner on the mounting clamps.

4 stars because they were not quite big enough to clear my break levers. I ordered another set costing 50 % more that fit. They are the same basic quality; both well made and sturdy. 1/2" more clearance and I would have kept them.

Do not tighten up the bolts and nuts untill they are completely assembled on the handle bars. Then tighten up everything evenly.
