I would buy a Stant
The mishimoto radiators are top shelf but the thermostat has proven to be a let down.I put one of these thermostats in place when I did a mishimoto radiator on a Cummings diesel. It ran super cool for a few days and then it seemed to open up later and later. It settled opening around 205 to 210 and kept the vehicle temp around 205 and obviously higher when towing. I ran it for a couple months. I wasn't happy with it being a 180 stat and Temps climbing so much before I saw it open up. I tossed in an equivalent Stant and it opens up sooner, and runs about 5 degrees cooler at 80mph and about 15 cooler at 65mph. I'll keep the mishimoto radiator and transmission cooler but the thermostat is a hard pass.

Poor craftsmanship Nearly killed $10,000 diesel Cummins
I installed in my 2004 ram diesel. As I was going to be going on vacation pulling a large trailer. Thought would help cooling. Thermostat fell apart washer fell off the bottom and plugged My cooling System. Overheated horribly till I got to Tennessee auto parts store and replaced with AutoZone standard unit. Cost me an extra day on the road. I missed my 50 year annual Fourth of July ride on the river on my vacation. Cost me hundreds of dollars and almost cost me a diesel motor When I pulled the little steel discoThat was plugging cooling. A spring dropped into the motor from the bottom of the thermostat. Still haven’t found it. What a horrible piece of crap Thi thermostat turned out to be. Devastated my vacation

I’ve had 3 of them FAIL!!!!
Bought 2 for both my 6.7s……. One failed, just stopped opening….. ordered a replacement thinking it was just a bad one…. Then BOTH fell apart, causing trucks to overheat!!! And had me fishing the spring n washer out of the housings….. ALL BAD!!
