Delicious - Highly recommended balsamic vinegar
I brought this when I finished the bottle of La Secchia 3 star balsamic vinegar that my son gave me for Mother’s Day this year. That was really good, but as I couldn’t find it I got the four star. It has a lovely full taste and consistency, naturally sweet, with no vinegary aftertaste like cheap balsamics have. The best I’ve tasted here and in Italy. I put it on salads, pecorino cheese and burrata. But I’m sure there are other foods it can enhance!

I can't get nice balsamic where I live and have ordered off amazon before. Chose a different one this time and I am so disappointed. Really thin... no pouring glug if you know what I mean... won't buy again.

Konsistenz gut, nicht zu dünn, nicht dick. Der Geschmack ist auch gut… süß, sauer. Mit Öl zusammen… sehr lecker! Ohne Öl, pur ist er etwas scharf, essiglastig. Jedoch insgesamt ein gutes Produkt!

This is the best tasting balsamic vinegar I’ve ever experienced! It is sweet yet lightly tart. Great addition to various foods. Nice on salads, makes a tasty ingredient to any marinade. Love it!
