Review on The Big WoolyWow! The Big Wooly is amazing.- Unpacked and put it together in two minutes. Screw on the mop head. (I did have to tighten one time after a few moments of use) The telescoping handling was simple to extend by untwisting at the black plastic area and retwisting to tighten. Fluffed the mop and used it immediately.- Cleaned my 3 story wood/tile house in 15 minutes.- Cleaned in 5 minutes in subsequent days.- Shook it clean 3 times; once after each floor (includes putting up a clean mop). Very easy to shake out.- It does not pick up every little piece of sand and dirt. I just make a little pile and Dust Buster it up. I live in the country with 6 dogs and 2 cats. Lots of hair, dust, dirt, sand and grass. My main concern was the pet hair and it picked up ALL the pet hair!- Stairs: Excellent job on stairs and the corners. Did not simply sweep it to the next stair but picked up everything from each stair.- Baseboards: cleaned dust and dirt off baseboards and under cabinets, even those hard to clean nooks and crannies.- Under Furniture: WOW! With the telescopic handle it reached everywhere. Now my husband doesn’t have to move furniture. One note; if your furniture is flush to the floor the handle will not fit under it, however, the mop head will. I also cleaned the huge base of the dining room table.- Handicap use: Due to various medical conditions I cannot use a vacuum. I can’t carry a vacuum from floor to floor either. The Big Wooly has solved that problem. It’s extremely lightweight especially the metal handle VS the wooden handle. I also can’t bend and stoop easily; the telescopic handle adjusts so I can use it standing up straight causing less strain on my back.Recommendation: Highly recommend the Big Wooly to family and friends and anyone else looking for and easy alternative to a cumbersome vacuum cleaner.Price: Earns its cost when you consider how much Swifter costs and how ineffective they are.

This is by far the BEST dust mop. It is a little pricey, but it is definitely worth the extra money. Don't do like I did. When I got my new vinyl plank flooring, I wanted a dust mop. So I went to Walmart and bought one - did not work very well. So I went to Kroger and bought a different type of dust mop - once again did not work very well. I had seen this one on Amazon, but didn't want to pay that for a dust mop. So now I have spent 24 extra dollars on mops I won't be using. Wish I had bought this one first. It does an excellent job picking up dog and cat hair and dust bunnies and will reach under the couch. Very easy to use. Just take it outside and shake it.

If you do not have one of these and have wood floors, vinyl or any slick floor you MUST get one of these mops!!!!!! We have bought several already. One for ourselves, and others for family. We have pets so the mop gets used every single day!!!! Life is easier and the floors are amazingly so much cleaner without dragging out a vacuum cleaner all the time!!!! The head is washable and the whole unit is very nicely crafted!!! We have had ours for years and it is just as nice now as when it was new!!

This is the absolute best dust mop I have ever owned and it's made right here in my home state of Vermont! We live in rural Vermont in a log home. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs that are also house pets--and the two dogs are long-haired dogs. They generate a LOT of hair and it is a constant battle to keep the hardwood floors looking clean. I just can't vacuum every single day and other mops I've used have not done the drink. Not so with this mop! It's perfect and I love that I can wash it and it's even better that I got a replacement head with it. Highly recommend this to anyone with pets and hardwood floors.

This is the finest mop I've ever owned. Being married for 56+ years gives me an edge in products. I'd purchased inexpensive store products in the past but went back to wool. Our shedding dog keeps the mop working and the pickup is incredible. Might be a bit costly but worth every penny.

Looked at this a long time before purchasing, it's not cheap. I finally broke down and the mop works well. The best thing is that it can work or your walls as well and when moping the floor the wool brushes up against the floor molding getting any dust there. I haven't washed it yet but from other reviews it doesn't seem like it would be a problem. The only problem is that the handle loosens a lot and has to be twisted tight.

I have a 120ish pound dog with long, thick, wavy hair. His hair fills up my vacuum bags very quickly which gets quite costly. Now, I run this around the house every couple of days and it has drastically reduced how often I go through the bags. Take it outside and shake it out with ease.

I am so thrilled with my new mop...it is wonderful. I had been trying to find one for some time. I am new at ordering on line and so this was near the first for me except for nutritional supplements. I know that I can trust Amazon to stand behind their goods. It shakes out easily. I really like how it swivels and I can go under furniture..get in corners and dust the baseboards while dusting the floors. Also great for dusting down the walls and the few spider webs this time of the year.

I've just started using this mop and I like it.Great for quick dog hair and dust pick ups between vacuuming.My grandmother had one like it years ago and it was my favorite back then.I was a little surprised at the look of the mop right out of the box but after reading the direction and spritzing it with water a few times the mop head fluffed right up.
