Took me an hour to do. I love the curl and when it drops, it has even more body to it.Most definitely soft, its takes heat for making into a Bob. And rollers for even tighter curls.Swimming type hair too. When it air drys. It leaves it natural but not curly nor wavy....needs no hairs products.

Product came extremely late where I had to buy new hair an inconvenience for my birthday that I was reimbursed for however when the hair finally showed up it was soft color was good curls was really tight so it looked really curly sue looking but aft wetting it the curls dropped and looked really good no shedding no tangling good product just came really late
