It's a great deal, it plays all my games on the highest settings with no lagging or jittery picture!!!

Considering how everyone else's didn't have any issues, I'm assuming mine must just be dysfunctional. The games it will run well and those that run at 3 fps make no sense. Some very graphically intense games run just fine. A puzzle game from five years ago will cause it to get a frame every few seconds. Sometimes it is inconsistent within the same game, XCOM 2 being a notable example. Sometimes, absolutely no issues. Other times it will take me 15 minutes to get though the menus to get into a game because of the freezes. Sadly, the issues are far more common than the smooth sailing. I have spent dozens of hours trying to trouble shot the problems, gone through many internet forums looking for answers, and reached out to some of my more tech savy friends, and the issues I have stumped even them. Take my review with a bit of salt, as it seems I'm alone in these problems, but it has been a very disheartening experience and you should know this is a possibility if you buy this laptop.

I bought this computer on a different Amazon account.Anyways, the only decent part about this computer is the battery life. Everything else is amazing! You can run high quality games like Rainbow Six Siege on a mid-high tier setting. Games like Rocket League, Fortnite, Totally Accurate Battle Grounds, and Garry's Mod can all run at full settings and run smoothly. If you are ever worried about it running too much, it has a NitroSense button labeled with an N symbol by the keypad. It'll show your GPU and CPU usage and it's percentages. I recommend keeping the computer plugged in at all times also. It'll die in about an hour and a half if your running high RAM games. I also recommend downloading Opera GX as your browser. It's a gaming browser that fits this computer's specifications well and has the same theme. Overall, great computer esp finally for the price. 11/10, do recommend.

La pantalla tiene una esquina que se ve siempre algo más clara que el resto, un error aleatorio típico de las pantallas IPS. Claro esta tecnología tiene otros beneficios y no resulta verdaderamente tan molesto.Muy bueno en cuanto a rendimiento para juegos, también cumple con todas mis expectativas al editar material audiovisual para mi tienda online. Siempre hablando en relación al valor que tiene a esta fecha.

The laptop won’t charge. I purchased another charger for it, and it wasn’t the charger. It just won’t charge. I called the customer service number because Amazon return date was expired already they suggested I call acer to get a replacement battery.
