They work but didn't solve my problem.

Does not work on my keyboard/ piano
It did not work to connect a laptop to a Piano midi/ host port . I tried different cables and even tried connecting an ipad to my piano or using it to connect my laptop to a printer. Nothing worked. I bought a cable usb A male to usb B male, eliminating the adapter and it all worked. Adapter was returned.
