Like everything in life, there are no short cuts, it will take time to attain, you will have times when it doesn’t seem attainable, you will need help along the way, but most importantly, you must love what you do. For Choichi, it’s to play the sanshin all over the world.I got the hardcover. Very nice and it was mailed in brown cardboard. No damage on mine.I got it for my 11 yr old but I enjoyed the story as well.

My daughter and I spent an enjoyable time reading this book together. The story made her think of what her life’s purpose may be, and made me think of all she may be able to accomplish.

A great children's book to inspire perseverance to find the purpose in life in a voice that is under represented. Beautifully illustrated.
