Poor blood sugar levels is something I have a family history of, and I've noticed a few symptoms of it myself. So I thought it would be a good idea to start managing it myself.I did some research on berberine, and while there's nothing conclusive yet, it seems to help regulate blood sugar. I've been taking it regularly for about 10 days now. I can't say I've noticed a major change, but I haven't had any major negative symptoms either. Overall, I'm happy with it so far. While it hasn't made a huge difference, it's been enough that I feel more balanced.There are a lot of other potential benefits to this supplement, but I can't speak as to how effective it really is.I haven't had any negative side effects from it.Note that I received this at a discount in exchange for my honest review. This is another great dietary supplement, made by Natureganics. Berberine is a powerful plant alkaloid extract which works naturally to treat various health conditions.These capsules are easy to swallow but do smell off putting -kind of like sour milk!I have diabetes.I have been taking the recommended dose of 2 (500mg) capsules once a day with my breakfastfor a week now and when I check my blood sugar levels they are definitely not as high as they were.I have only given 4 out of 5 stars as I am waiting for my HbA1c lab results!!*I received this product for a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion *

Good product at a great price....

Since taking Berberine regularly, I've also regained my clarity and mental energy thanks to a lack of blood sugar spikes and crashes, and actually had the energy to start a running routine and go back to university, in spite of my now 10 month old twins. I'm not promising this product will work if you aren't willing to make other lifestyle changes

Berberine is extraordinary when a quality item, but medical doctors in advanced/anti-aging when recommending, advise 500 mg x 3 divided doses daily for heart ... look it up, and see one of the 1% of the drug manufacturers good drugs , but metformin is still recommended but now proven no match for 1500 mg daily of berberine.

My husband has been taking it to help control diabetes. The original article I read stated that it was excellent in helping control blood sugar levels. He has had good results, particularly in helping control his morning blood sugars. Since the original article we have learned of its other benefits.

Very impressed with this health product.It is certainly helping to sort out my health issues which are quite complicated,and I am very pleased with the progress that I have made in the last 3 months and still improving.one of my specialist's called it dramatic!!

AMAZING supplement. Has helped reduce blood sugar significantly to where there are days insulin is barely needed. Also helps with fighting recurrent infections. Give yourself time to get used to it or it can have a laxative effect at first.
