Update:Seller reached out to us about the 2nd warmer. They offered apologies and a refund. Their customer is great. We will try another warmer from them, perhaps it was just something faulty with the 2nd one.Original (3 stars):We bought one in Sept. 2023. We really liked it, so 1 month later we bought a second for another room.I like the timer function and it's visually appealing. Seems to throw off descent scent. Value was pretty good. It's easy to clean. Heat level seems fine, it doesn't seem to get too hot.However, the second one stopped working today. Not sure why. We got it for $20, so not bad for almost a year. But still disappointing enough that I'll be considering other brands.

My previous Scentsy warmer started getting wax stains on the exterior that I could not clean. The surface was a very rough texture and the stains somehow got embedded in, making it unsightly. I tossed it the other day and bought this new warmer. I am very pleased with it. It throws the wax scents so much better than my Scentsy warmer. I even burned off-brand wax cubes from Hobby Lobby and was impressed with how I could actually smell the fragrance. The design of the warmer is so pretty; it throws little spots of light through the room. The bulb is different from what my previous burner used, so that may be why it does its job better. I highly recommend this warmer.

It’s very bright! I had to put it out of my line of sight as others mentioned it does blind you through the holes, but it works! I only received one light bulb in my package and it burnt out in less than 30 days, so that’s disappointing. On the hunt for new light bulbs now. I purchased the wax melt cups that look like muffin or cupcake papers for the wax to melt in so I didn’t have to deal with trying to clean the dish if I wanted to change scents. Overall I like it but hoping it doesn’t burn through other bulbs as fast as it did with the only one it came with.

i purchased this because ive heard great things about wax melts and needed a night light for my cat haha. i love the settings / timer on this wax warmer because of its convenience. i could fall asleep with it on and not be worried that something might happen (a fire for instance) because i knew it would turn off by itself. i also loved the light pattern that the warmer produced on the wall. unfortunately, my cat chewed the wire and its no longer working so i will def be buying another !

I use it for the base of a mini lamp. I purchased a small tiffany lamp shade to cover it

Warmer arrived on September 10. I didn't open it for a few days but since I have opened it, I've used it just about every day. The first bulb seemingly blew today (October 26). I changed the bulb and realized it wasn't a bulb issue, but rather an issue with the warmer itself. Even with a new bulb it would not turn on. Very disappointing. I loved the ambiance of this light and the timer was a perfect part of my bedtime routine. Sad it didn't even last 2 months.EDIT TO ADD: seller has very good customer service. They contacted me very quickly to initiate a refund and make this right. I will be ordering another because I really like the product and hope mine was just defective.

Quality is great. It’s lovely not too fancy. Great with both oils and wax tarts. Easy to clean. Pop it in the fridge for a while. Lovely in the hall.

Premetto che ho la fissa dei profumatori in tutte le loro forme e sagome, questa lampada l’ho messa sul comodino in camera e per ora sto usando gli oli essenziali che profumano molto, proverò anche le cere

Hier weiß ich nicht wie ich bewerten soll. Wunderschönes Produkt ja. ABER verkauft werden in Deutschland darf es so eigentlich nicht, es hat keinen EU Stecker und ist somit nicht nutzbar. Die Heizplatte wird viel zu heiß. Produkte wie Öle oder Wachs verglühen. Mehr wie 10 Minuten läuft sie darum nicht.
