Awesome
I have a need to severely limit my sodium intake and I love to make beef jerky. Every marinade I've ever seen uses Worcestershire sauce which always has salt. This stuff has no salt!!!

Unusable
Within 10 months it looks like it liquified then hardened. I love the taste in ramen and to make chex mix zippier, but next time I will get a smaller amount of a different brand.

This product caked quickly.
I used this product for making Chex Mix snack. It got "gooy" in the pan.Once the bottle was opened & used, I was not able to seal it back up as tightly with the powder now being one big clump that I can not get out of the bottle. I even reused the sealing paper on the top of the jar.As much as I would like my powder sauce to be for sprinkling, this product is a failure.

Actually did not know that this existed, however it is convenient in several forms. In addition to reconstitution, it can be used as is on many preparations.
