This is a great off-site backup device for Apple phones. It is super easy to use. When you plug in the flash drive, you are prompted with a how to use slide show, which is easy for anyone to follow.The only thing that is that this device makes you spend some time organizing all the photos and stuff you have on your phone! lol Yeah, it really shows how poorly some of us keep our files on our phonem like me lol

The verbatim thumb drives keep going and going. I've had to replace the other drive three times while the verbatim drive of the same age is just fine. Will stick with Verbatim from now on.

Works very well. I use it with VLC and then I don't need to bring my laptop when I travel just to load movies on my iPhone or iPad. 4 stars because sometimes I have to restart the programs

Love the flash drive makes having pictures printed much easier plus makes storage easier

This makes transferring photos and data back and forth between my iPhone, iPad, and computer a breeze. It is my second one and $20 cheaper than the one I purchased at the office supply store. I love it!

Usually story, my older iPhone was out of storage, decided to give this a try and backup my iPhone to a hard drive in addition to my iCloud so I had 2 copies before deleting from my phone.Not only did this usb reformat all of my images and videos, it reformatted all the files on my phone also. Since my iCloud was connected to my iPhone in sync mode, all of the pictures were removed from my iCloud and I am now stuck with only 1 copy of my photos and files, and it’s in a format that cannot be converted back. It’s not even readable on my laptop or phone without the crappy usb.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN & I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF IT WERE THE ONLY OPTION ON THE MARKET! Spend another $20-30 and get a usb that will not automatically convert 15k files to an unreadable format.

Works great since I have apple products and need to share with those who use window programs. Holds lots memory. I have 3 of these. Bought at staples same exact item for 75.99 returned To staples,due to I could buy 2 of these 34.00 here. Staples tried to price match. I was like no, just forget it. I’ll be back for more when I need. Thanks

Mi esposa tiene un iphone con casi 30 GB sin respaldar de fotos y ahora que esta fallando su iphone tiene que hacer una copia de seguridad. su computadora se traba siempre que quiere hacer la copia y este sistema es fabuloso, solo conectas bajas el app, bajas todas las fotos y luego las puedes copiar con facilidad a la computadora, sin embargo, yo recomiendo esperar entre una operacion y otra porque transferir tantos GB de informacion calienta mucho la memoria y puedes deteriorarla, una vez respaldados las fotos y videos los puedes borrar del iphone y quitando toda la musica bajada y dejandola solo en la nube ahora si hacer una copia de seguridad del iphone solo toma unos cuantos minutos
