My cats love this water fountain! They drink from all areas but love to stick their neck over the bubbles and then clean themselves.It’s easy to clean. I separate all pieces and wash it like any other dish. I didn’t clean out the motor at first because I didn’t realize you could take the cover off, and hair did shut down motor. With some hair removal it worked again and now I clean that with each cleaning.I love the sound of bubbling water and that is the only sound you hear when it is properly filled. If it needs water it makes a noise.The stainless steel is nice and keeps water cold. I have had no rust issues.The cord that plugs into the wall sticks way out and easily comes unplugged, but that’s my only complaint.

This fountain replaced another that had no water available if there was a power interruption, which is a regular problem in our area. Sometimes the pets like to drink from the low bubbler on top/center, but more often they drink from the outer 'moat' around the bubbler.The fountain is nearly silent on the low bubbler setting. When the water level gets low, it gradually gets a little noisy, which is a great reminder to check it out.The videos on the site are great for learning how to disassemble and thoroughly clean this item. I didn't watch it before assembly and the first cleaning, so there was a lot of sludge to clean out of the pump when I first broke it down completely - that was certainly educational! Cleaning all the parts right and thoroughly keeps the pump running cool and quiet.My only complaint is that the little charcoal filter cubes are not a great fit, and they should be something that could be easily disassembled and refilled with charcoal. I seriously dislike wasting chunks of plastic filled with barely more than a teaspoon of filtration charcoal. I would appreciate a more sustainable design for that.

This is probably just a copy/paste of another brands original design, but still the design is solid. Reviews talk about the fountain leaking on the bottom hole.. unless they have a defect it's impossible. The tube for the cord goes above the max water level so it can't really happen, especially with the rubber cover.Anyways, my cat loves this thing. She and my roommates cat started using it almost immediately. It's also perfectly sized. It was hard to find one that seemed right and this design was just what I needed.The power brick has been missing from orders I would guess because it's packaged in its own little box separately from the other electronics which is unfortunate but I did indeed get my power brick.Power cable is a good length, I think a little more than 3ft.I think this is an under reviewed product because this design is not original, that's okay with me I suppose as long as the quality is good.I like that my cat now drinks out of SUS 304 like I do with my water bottle, seems and is a lot more sanitary with proper cleaning.The pump needs cleaning every 2 weeks, it comes with a pipe cleaner for it. You should at least be cleaning the whole bowl every 2 weeks so it's perfect.I'll update this review if quality deteriorates. So far I've owned it for very little time and I'm very satisfied with it!

Cats seem to be fine with this, it bubbles vs flow which seems to be their preference. Clean once every 3 days or so, I have 2 cats and they drink it down to needing to be refilled in 3 or 4 days so it holds plenty of water.The knocks. The package I received had no USB type A wall outlet plug, its no biggie I have plenty from phones I have collected over the years. However I was a little surprised at this cost saving measure.This product will leak if it is not assembled correctly. The water plug has to be on 100% correct or it will leak all over the floor. This to me is a design flaw, as the rubber water plug sits on a metal tube that the usb cable runes through. This design could have been better. At least 2x out of 5 I am taking this apart to reassemble it because its leaking. Im either going to muscle memory how to assemble this or one day get pissed and toss it and buy something else. Because the cats are drinking from this – its hard to find a large fountain they like, is the only reason this did not get sent back.

10-2021: I just put together and plugged in the 67 oz/2 liter Huicocy Cat Water Fountain in stainless steel. One of the draws for me is it's BPA free and stainless steel is easy to clean. I do not purchase items that are not safe for my boy and I take preventative action. This fountain was a smart purchase for the reasonable price of $35.99. I did the bundle deal of 8 filters and received a discount. They're needed anyway, so why not save some cash. I followed the simple directions and plugged it into the usb port, however it wouldn't work. Knowing some usb's are not strong enough in power, I decided to plug the usb into the included power adapter and plugged it into the wall outlet. Voila... works like a charm and it definitely is whisper quiet! The unit is sitting about 4' from me and all I hear is an occasional faint trickle of water and that's okay with me, it's the sound of tranquility. I'm happy with my purchase.

This is big and sturdy. We’ve had it for a few months and nothing has shorted out or leaked. I like that it’s easy to access all the parts for cleaning and replacing filters. The only thing that’s annoying is that you have to unplug it from the wall to clean it instead of others that have an external plug.

My cats love this but my pump broke after only 7 months and I don't see a way to contact the seller or order a new pump.
