Keto Creamer with MCT Oil
I use this creamer in my coffee. The first ingredient is coconut oil, and you can taste the coconut. I don't mind that, but I wanted to make you aware of that. I thought on keto you have to have more fat then carbs. There are 2g of fat and 3 g of carbs. Therefore, I don't use the recommended 2 tsp. I only drink one cup of coffee per day. There isn't any protein in the creamer or sugar. I suggest putting the creamer in the cup before adding the hot liquid, so it dissolves faster. Regardless, it doesn't take that long to dissolve. I'm glad I bought it. It's American manufactured which is always a plus for me. It shipped quickly. Lastly, it didn't make my coffee look lighter if you're one of those visual people. Hope this helps.

Expensive, not so creamy but... it works mostly
I don't love this stuff but it does the job. It's not the coconut flavor (which I don't mind and actually kind of like), it's the fact that the coffee isn't really all that creamy. Once I finish it up I'll be trying something different, might even go the grassfed butter/MCT oil route.

I couldn’t stand the taste. Buy only if you like the taste of coconut oil in your coffee.
I bought this as I am on the Keto diet, and I wanted to try something that seemed healthier than coffee mate Sugar free powder creamer, but I couldn’t stand the taste of it. I honestly tried it twice to see if I could acquire the taste, and ended up giving it away, so $12.95 wasted. It Literally just tastes like coconut oil in your coffee, and that to me was terrible. If you like this, then go ahead, but I had to try to figure out how to cover the taste so I could drink my coffee. I’m going to stick with my coffee mate for now, which is delicious and gives me a little joy when I can’t eat much else of what is happening. It does, however, stir in quite well, and it may also work well in smoothies.
