I didn't have high expectations with this oil because as you can see, it comes in a tiny little oil can, so I expected it to be a gimmick to sell "manly products" to manly men. It turns out this one of the best beard oils that I've used in the last 18 months, and I've been using it every day since it arrived.My first impression was that this is a thick oil. The little oil can has a plastic top that lets the oil flow slowly, and since the oil is thicker than a lot of other beard oils, it all works perfectly so you don't spill too much out when trying to get a little.I got the Spiced Vanilla scent, because apparently I like smelling like baked goods. I think this scent smells like "Christmas" if that makes sense. It's a nice holiday-like smell that is pleasant, and because the oil is thick, it pretty much lasts all day. I tend to be sensitive to scents with heavy perfumes and this doesn't give me any problems at all, so to me it seems like a lot of effort went into this product.Overall it's a great oil, it keeps my whiskers soft and feeling moisturized, and it even does a decent job of keeping everything in place. It's not a replacement for a balm, but as an oil that doesn't irritate my skin and makes the beard softer - This is definitely one of the better ones that I've used. I'm a huge fan now.

So I used this product for the first time today and as I’m typing away on my computer, my wife walks by, stops and turns around, LITERALLY smelled my beard, said yum and planted a nice kiss!! I can’t promise this will help for all…. But honest truth, it does smell great, not over bearing and the wife approves!! Wins all around!!I was a little skeptical at first and I don’t know why, but I was expecting a large can for some reason. When I opened the package I actually laughed at how small the can was and first thoughts were, this is going to be a mess when you pour it out.It was the exact opposite!! The oil is thicker then other bead oils out there and there’s something in the neck of the spout (see photo) that keeps it from going everywhere.I have a moderate beard and a drop the size of a dime was plenty to provide a good coat through the entire beard.I have the tendency to pull on my beard throughout the day and some oils leave a residue, this product not nearly as much.Decent hold and 8 hours in, still has a pleasant, not overbearing smell.I’m looking forward to trying some of their other scents as well!!

This company needs to win a prize for packaging.What you're getting here is a really good and high-quality all-purpose oil. It can be used on your hair, skin, as well as your beard. It has a great fragrance that is warmed spice and just a touch of sweet vanilla.The main ingredient is castor oil, long used for hair growth and health. Also has coconut oil, jojoba oil and argan oil, all good not only for hair, but skin as well. This is truly an oil that could be used from the top of your head all the way down. Especially after a steamy shower, all it takes is a few drops on the palm of your hand, and then oil up while your skin is slightly damp. Skin feels softer and conditioned.For hair, once again put a few drops in the palm of your hand and then slide through your hair and beard for some fantastic conditioning.The vintage look tin Is modeled after the old time tins of motor oil. So darn cool.

As far as conditioning and how this works in hair or beards, I found it to be pretty amazing. It makes hair shiny and helps hold shape while styling. It makes beards feel softer and less frizzy. The container looks cool and is easy to use, though screwing and unscrewing the cap is more troublesome than some other types of containers. The scent is pleasant, but on the perfume-like side for my tastes. It also does not fade as time goes by so you can't count on it going away. I was happy with how it conditioned and I think that the scent description is apt.

-Maybe it's my fault for misreading it, but the title says 3 scents, and I thought I was getting 3 bottles.-The price (currently $28) seems like you should be 3 bottles. But it's only one bottle.-I got the spiced vanilla, which is a vanilla bomb.-It's not bad, and it does have some spices in it (anise & ginger). But overall I find the scent too sweet and not very interesting. I don't smell the tobacco at all, and I love tobacco ... I think it would be much better if they backed way off on the vanilla and bring out the more interesting scents.-In terms of oil, it's fine as a beard oil (or general purpose skin or aftershave oil), if you can stand that much vanilla.-There are lots of other options for beard oil that are organic, more affordable, and have much more complex scent profiles. I recommend checking out Monster And Son, for example.

Husband approved. Wife appreciated.This two-ounce bottle of beard/body oil – “Eighteen US 21 oil” smells heavenly. The scent, spiced vanilla, is not overwhelming or overpowering. The main ingredients contain dog rose, jojoba oil, castor seed, argan oil, Vitamin E and citronellol. All ingredients that are known for moisturizing or hydrating the skin/beard/hair. This product is not greasy or oily. My husband describes it as lightweight, compared to some of the other beard oils he has used. This product is easy to distribute/apply. You can control the amount of product you put in your hand by the applicator at the top of the container (won’t overfill in your hand). The container is cute although small. You can use this product daily to maintain your beard or skin.
