It hasn't been 4 months and the unit doesn't turn on and then it does turn on. It goes on and off for no apparent reason. I can't depend on it to keep my container humid. To stop working so fast, it is a waste of money. Don't buy it , you'll probably have to get another soon enough.***I AM WRITING AN UPDATED REVIEWI contacted the company about my problems and they got back to me in 24 hours. I explained to them the problem I had, I guess they spoke to their tech who said he wasn't familiar with that problem happening before. They said they would refund me or send me another. I told them I needed one as soon as possible for my terrarium. In 2 days another was delivered to my front door.Within 3 days of speaking to them I had another. I would have no problem purchasing again from them.Things do happen but they made it right quickly.

It works well enough. There are three negatives I find worth pointing out:First this isn't specifically a humidifier designed for pets but it's a fogger to help moisten your skin, not necessarily a major complaint just an observation because it still works for raising the humidity in an animals tank/vivarium rather well but falsely advertised so -1 starThe hose is very loosely attached and falls out if you move it even slightly. This would be a deal breaker for me but it is an easy fix if you just get some animal safe silicon and glue it on or wrap a rubberband around the hose to make it fit in tighter. Almost returned it before realizing It was an easy fix.One big complaint is that whenever I move the hose or just leave it running for more than 10 minutes the hose gets filled with water and therefore stops producing fog and when I move the hose I usually get some water on my floor. Not a major inconvenience but it is annoying and considering I use it for ~15 different containers it is more of a hassle than it is worth.-As far as the positives go:It is very effective at safely raising humidity in a properly ventilated tank. My 2 biggest containers are a 75 gallon that needs to be between 70-90% and it can help maintain that with a few minutes a day and I have a table I converted in an enclosure, I don't know the gallon size but it's 3' X 5' X 2' and it only needs around 50-70% and it takes a good 20 or 30 minutes using this humidifier and I need to move it around a few times but it gets the humidity to where it needs to be.It being 4 liters is a good size. It doesn't make it heavy to move it around and it rarely needs to be refilled.-Personally I don't recommend it. It might be good if you've only got one or 2 tanks you want to fog but you can get something better cheaper.

I like most aspects of this item. What I don't like is the dial. There is no markings to tell me where I've turned it too. It's a complete guessing game. Plus once I do get it set according to my numbers in the cage after it has ran for a while the numbers start to drop. I have my hose set right and there is air flow it just seems to jump around on the output. It's fine for now because I don't work and check my cage often. However, I will look for something different in the future.

Works great easy to use and adjust green tree pythons love it

Purchased it for my snake. I've been struggling to keep the humidity up while he's shedding. This is a pic of the enclosure within 30 mins of turning it on all the way up. The instructions are a little hard to understand but it's pretty self explanatory

My baby ambilobe panther chameleon loves it. It keeps humidity levels up, provides extra water in case he needs, and is completely silent. Great addition if you live somewhere dry like I do, and need to keep humidity levels up!

I purchased this for my small greenhouse setup and I gently stretched the hose and it’s leaking in 3 spots. Total garbage.

upon getting the product it didn't work at all no damage to packaging or anything just defected product that didn't work very disappointing

I would have been happier with a better quality/fitting hose. Other than that, this is a great looking product. Packaged well, quiet, works great and filling once seems to last for a long time. Using it to humidify mushroom growtubs.
