I baked a cheesecake in this yesterday to try it out and make sure i didn’t need to return it. Some folks on here say it leaks, but it does not. Not unless you misuse it. Springform pans are NOT FOR CAKES. That’s what CAKE pans are for. Springforms are for when flipping your baked good out of the pan is not possible. Cakes flip out of pans with no issue if you prep your pan correctly. Cheesecake is a common desert that requires a springform. You pat the crust down with your fingers high enough that it blocks the seam where the plate meets the ring. Then you par bake (or not) and put the filling on top. This pan worked fine. No leaks whatsoever. It’s as good as my WS pans. The picture is a bit misleading, the pan has a silver color release and light gray slick non-stick coating. Caution: it is VERY slick. You can easily drop it when moving the hot pans using mitts. (I know cuz I dropped it!!!) As for rusting, to my knowledge, ALL springforms must be hand washed and dried immediately or they rust. My WS have a bit of rust from my carelessness in my youth. I am a baker for 23 years so I know pans and I’m saying you can count on this pan if you aren’t going to misuse it. And if you do misuse it, don’t leave bad reviews that are your fault and not the pan’s. by the way you don’t need a water bath to get a crack-free crust. Just don’t heat your cheesecake past 150-155 F.

Once you figure out how the latch works, these are great. Also be careful because there is an up and a down side to the disc, the floor of the dish. If you get it in the wrong way, things leak.They should mark the disc with "This Side Up".

Product is great, just as shown. In the past we have always gotten them in multi-packs, so we were not expecting only one.

what can you say about being able to test a recipe in a pint sized pan???.......Before using 1.5 to 2 pounds of cream cheese in my 9 inch, I can scale down the recipe and see if it is going to be something I want to make full size. I love options....... And I do love this pan. it is smaller than I envisioned when I bought it, but I really do love this pan now.I am not a paid reviewer. I buy all of my items with my own money.

Read instructions on how to clean! I did not and I put it in the dishwasher and it specifically says hand wash so it already had rust. Very nice served it’s purpose well. It was smaller than I thought it would be also, But I’m not a baker so I didn’t know what to expect

Great for bake or no bake cheesecakes. I’ve even used it for baking a cake as well and had to leakage issues. Can easy line bottom with wax paper. Read sizing p! It’s mini, but perfect for a personal cake or split bit size between 2-3 people.

Folks really love my cheesecake. In the past I'd make a full size one and hand out slices as part of the Xmas gifts. Now I can just give them they're own personal cake.

Perfect for making a keto-friendly cheese cake in my Air Fryer. I do line the bottom with parchment paper. Hand wash only, make sure it's entirely dry before storing away (I found water does get trap near the clip end) to prevent rust.

Arrived very quickly and they worked for my favorite cheesecake recipe. Didn't leak and easy cleanup.

I did not expected to be so small, but I haven’t checked the sizes prior to order so it’s my fault. Anyway, the quality is great and it’s a great item for a 1 pers snack/dessert :)

Las medidas SI vienen, es cuestión de leer ya que yo lo buscaba pequeño y si me funciono. Llevo menos de un mes con el y le he dado mucho uso. Me gusta y sirve muy bien, además que no se pega. Es para hacer cheesecake o sea poner una base como de galleta, si no; es obvio que se va a chorrear. Muy buen producto. Si lo recomiendo

Excelente calidad, no se pega y esto permite desmoldar de una manera muy fácil. Si son pequeños de acuerdo a la descripción, en mi caso justo lo que necesitaba.

Llegaron bien sin problema, ya se hicieron unos pastelitos y salieron muy bien.
