An Immune System Boost
Honestly, I'm having a difficult time telling whether or not this is helping me or not. So far, I've been staying healthy. Hard to tell if this is partly the cause or me just not getting sick. I can only trust that this is actually helping me. I've been staying in good health, so there's that.Easy to swallow and I've not been able to taste anything from this. No bad side effects. All good so far.

Purchased because no other choices. Does Nothing
I got a bottle of this because my usual Made in the USA raw pine pollen extract was unavailable due to supply chain problems. No comparison to the product I usually get. Didn’t do anything and I’m wary of any supplement made in China so I stopped taking it.
